Shipping policy

 

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 5 business days to let you know your order is on the way! 

 

DELIVERY: When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days using Australian Post. We do not ship outside of Australia at this time. 

Orders over $150.00 include FREE shipping.

Express shipping and orders below $150.00 incur a shipping fee of $15.00.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: 

Due to risk management measures to avoid contamination, once your order is received, and opened, Love Thy Apothecary will not offer a full refund.

We may offer a partial refund at the discretion of each individual case.

Cases may take up to 30 days to be reviewed and reach a conclusion. 
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to wait for your refund request to be approved. Please make another separate order.
